摘要
用原位法在聚醚破乳剂TA1031体系中制备了含有纳米氧化物的复合型原油破乳剂。结果显示,含有纳米氧化物的复合破乳剂的破乳性能得到了大幅度提高,乳状液破乳脱水时间可以加快30min左右,脱水率也可以提高20%~30%。结果表明,将纳米技术运用于原油破乳剂的制备中是可行的。
The composite demulsifier including nano-oxides was in site prepared in polyether TA1031. The result showed that the performance of the composite demulsifier was improved greatly, and the ratio of demulsification would be improved 20% to 30%, and the time of demulification and dewatering can be shorten by 30min. So it is feasible and practical that applying nanotechnology to prepare crude oil demulsifiers.
