建设现代渔业是全面落实科学发展观的重要体现,本文首先明确了建设现代渔业是渔业发展新阶段的重大决策,并阐述了建设现代渔业的过程中,主要有政策法规的重要指导作用,经济体制改革的重要保障作用,科技进步的重要支撑作用等三个方面的宝贵经验,然后指出现代渔业建设面临的主要挑战,在此基础上,提出当前现代渔业建设的若干政策思考。
