渔业经济增长方式转变依托于各种生物资源的有效保护和可持续利用。本文详细分析并比较了利用卫星雷达遥感技术和常规渔政船巡航进行海洋渔业船舶监测的成本和效率,以及卫星雷达遥感技术对海洋渔业资源可持续利用的影响和对渔业经济增长方式转变的重要意义。
The changeover of fishery economic growth mode relies on the resources protection and sustainable utilization. This paper analyzes the cost and efficiency of fishery vessel monitoring by using satellite radar remote sensing and cruise of fishery administration ships, and discusses the influences of fishery resources sustainable utilization on vessel monitoring by satellite radar and the significances of fishery economic growth mode.
