太平洋岛国金枪鱼渔业贸易协定浅析

Preliminary analysis on tuna fisheries trade agreements in the Pacific Islands Countries

太平洋岛国水域金枪鱼资源非常丰富,我国与很多太平洋岛国之间有着千丝万缕的渔业关系,因此太平洋岛国金枪鱼渔业贸易协定的形成及现状有助于我国更好地开展金枪鱼生产及销售。本文立足太平洋岛国现有的金枪鱼渔业贸易协定,讨论了这些贸易协定的形成及其对太平洋岛国金枪鱼渔业贸易所造成的影响,并指出这些贸易协定在太平洋岛国金枪鱼渔业贸易中所发挥的优势及其不足之处。最后,本文对我国开展与太平洋岛国之间的金枪鱼渔业贸易提出了几点建议。

Abundant tuna stock is contained in the waters of Pacific Islands Countries （PIC） and some agreements were concluded between China and many PICs. Some distant waters tuna fishery companies operating in the Pacific Ocean have PICs as their bases, so formation and status quo of agreements on fishery trading tuna in PICs will help to better carry out tuna production and marketing for China. The paper makes a discussion on existed trade agreements on tuna fishery in PICs, their formations and effects on tuna trade in PICs. The paper also analyzes some advantages and disadvantages of trade agreements between PICs and other countries （such as The United States and EU）. At last, some suggestions on possible tuna trades between China and PICs are put forward.
