摘要
以伊利乳业集团公司的发展实践为案例,运用工业区位理论探究了影响我国乳品企业空间布局的区位因素,指出奶源、市场和技术等三大因素是影响我国乳品加工企业布局的主要区位因子。原奶作为乳品加工企业最重要的原材料,是决定乳制品质量、生产规模、加工层次及乳品企业布局的关键因素,构成了乳品企业的主要进入壁垒;从市场分布看,人口密集和收入水平高的地域是乳品企业区位的最佳候选地;技术进步和研发投入在乳业企业规模和市场扩张中具有重要作用;此外,自然条件和政府行为等非经济因子也对乳品企业的区位决策产生影响。
As a case of Yili dairy corporation Group's development practice, it adopted the industry location theory and explored the location factor system affected the dairy enterprise spatial distribution, and pointed out that dairy industry location mainly depend on three factors : o- riginal dairy distribution ,market and technology .As the foremost raw materials of dairy enterprise, original milk is the key ingredient to decide the quality, yield ,process levels of the dairy products ,and original milk become to be a bulwark entrance to dairy industry, from the market distributing of view, the region where are high population density and high income levels are optimal candidate site of dairy enterprise. Technology progress and R&D devotion have an important effect to expand the enterprise scale and market range. Moreover, natural conditions and government behavior and other non-economical factors also affect the enterprise location decision-making.
