卡塔尔某超高层建筑结构设计研究综述 被引量:37

Summarization of research on the structural design of a super high-rise building in Qatar

摘要 法国著名建筑师John Novel设计的卡塔尔多哈某超高层办公楼采用了现浇钢筋混凝土交叉外网筒结构,这种新颖结构体系的结构设计面临着很多新课题。通过对结构设计理念、混凝土徐变效应、荷载作用、结构及自重生成过程的施工模拟、环梁部分预应力、交叉柱失效抗连续倒塌、交叉柱节点承载力、温度收缩效应、交叉斜柱及整体结构屈曲稳定等多方面研究分析,发现了法国工程师所作的该项目结构标书设计存在着交叉柱节点承载力不足、混凝土斜柱徐变变形差异引起主楼倾斜等重大安全隐患,进而采取了下部北侧柱截面空心、交叉柱节点内加钢板凳、环梁超预应力改为部分预应力等多项重大技术改进措施,取得了明显的综合技术经济效益,确保了工程安全,恢复了正常施工。 The super high-rise office building in Doha designed by the famous France Architect John Novel, adopted the exterior net tube as main structure. Through studies of structural design philosophy and following aspects such as concrete creep effects, loading, construction sequence imitation, partially prestressing, progressive failure, cross nodes of diagrid columns, temperature and shrinkage effects, buckling and etc, some important hidden defect regarding safety in structural tender design had been found, such as insufficiency of cross node bearing capacity, building decline due to the large differential shortening from daigrid colunms concrete creep and etc. Finally, a series of effective technical improvements were adopted, such as changing diagrid columns from solid section to hollow section in lower stories at north wing, adding steel benches to some cross nodes, adopting partially prestressing instead of prestressing in ring beams and etc, to ensure the safety of this project and recovery of construction.
