摘要
介绍陶瓷过滤机的结构和工作原理,并根据TT-45m2过滤机在尼古拉选矿厂实际应用测试的数据,分析了陶瓷过滤机处理不同种类铜锌精矿的生产能力,处理铜精矿平均生产能力为271 kg/m2.h、精矿水分平均12%,处理锌精矿平均生产能力为321 kg/m2.h、精矿水分平均为11%。以上测试结果可供选择处理同类型精矿的陶瓷过滤机时参考。
The configuration and working principle of ceramic filter is introduced in this article. Combined with the actual testing data of TT-45 m^2 ceramic filter used in NIGULA Concentrating Mill, Kazakstan,for treat with copper and zinc concentrate, the throughput of ceramic filter is evaluated. Average throughput of treat with copper concentrate is 271 kg/m^2·h,concentrate water ratio is less 12%. Average throughput of treat with zinc concentrate is 321 kg/m^2·h,concentrate water ratio is less 11%.The result for same filter choice account can reference.
