采用两种不同的果汁加工工艺与4种不同的果汁保藏方法进行对比试验研究,选择出最适的黑醋栗果汁加工工艺与原汁贮藏保鲜技术。
By studying on two distinct Ribes nigrum juice process technique and four distinct juice preservation method. An optimum Ribes nigrum juice process and preservation technique were selected.
