摘要
随着城市化进程的不断加快,城市房屋拆迁的成本愈来愈高。围绕政府投资的市政基础设施项目,通过对城市房屋拆迁高成本原因的分析,提出引入事前审计机制、资金监管机制、承包机制和竞争机制,以实现切实降低拆迁成本的目标。
The removal cost is higher and higher with the high-speed urbanization. According to the government-invested infrastructure project, the paper analyses the cause of the high removal cost, and introduces pre-auditing mechanism, fund supervision mechanism, contract mechanism and competition mechanism, to effectively reduce the removal cost.
