摘要
结合建筑企业项目管理的实际,首先对建筑企业劳务分包管理中队伍选择、农民工集体讨薪、合同管理等问题进行了论述,进而分析了劳务分包管理困境的内外部原因,最后针对性地提出加强劳务分包招标与合同管理、构建劳务队伍风险防控机制、推行旁站式管理、建设劳务分包队伍数据库等措施。
This paper combines the project management practices in construction enterprise, firstly discusses the problems such as selecting labor group, farmer-workers asking for wages by congregate ways, contract management in labor subcontracting management, secondly analyses the inner and external reasons which result in the problems, lastly gives the countermeasures such as strengthening labor subcontracting bidding and contract manage- ment, designing labor subcontracting risk preventable system, carrying out stand-aside style management and building labor subcontracting database, etc.
