摘要
依据城市循环经济测度指标体系设计的基本原则,综合运用文献研究法、频度统计法、专家调查法,设计出一套由5个子系统(资源消耗子系统、环境污染子系统、资源循环利用子系统、环境保护子系统、经济发展子系统)和27个基本指标组成的"三级叠加、逐层收敛"的城市循环经济测度指标体系(CCEMIS)。进而阐述了城市循环经济测度指标体系(CCEMIS)的层次结构,为城市循环经济实证评价和动态评估提供理论基础和决策参考。
Based on basic principle of designing measurement indicator system of circular economy, city circular economy measurement indicator system(CCMEIS) is established which is composed of five subsystems such as resource wastage subsystem, environment pollution subsystem, resource recycling subsystem, environment protection subsystem, economy development subsystem and twenty-seven basical index through the way of literature study, frequency statistics, expert investigation. Furthermore, the hierarchical structure of CCEMIS is illustrated. This paper also provides theoretical support and decision-making reference for empirical evaluation and dynamic assessment on city circular economy.
