摘要
监理策划在大型建设工程监理工作中具有重要作用。就大型建筑工程项目各阶段(项目承接阶段、项目实施阶段)监理策划的程序、特点、内容进行了探讨,并结合上海某大型建筑工程实例,详细介绍了该工程在施工阶段的难点,阐述了监理控制要点的策划。
Supervision planning plays an important role in large-scale construction engineering supervision. In this paper, the procedure, characteristic and content of supervision planning in every construction stage（preparing, practicing） were discussed. Finally, this paper introdused the difficult points of a large-scale construction engineering of Shanghai in the construction stage and discussed the planning of the supervision control essentials.
