摘要
性别差异是造成男女社会认知不同的重要因素之一,这种社会认知的不同决定了男女生学习能力、口语交际能力的不同。在口语交际教学中,既要看到两性心理发展上的优势,也要看到各自的劣势。在智力、兴趣、行为和自信心等方面予以不同的关注,掌握男女生听话、说话能力的不同表现。通过心理调适和合理设计课程内容等措施,让男女生取长补短,有针对性地培养学生的口语交际能力。
It is the sex differences that makes the difference of social cognition between men and women, which decides the difference of the learning ability and the verbal communication ability of them. In verbal communication teaching, we should not only pay attention to the merits of men and women, but also their drawbacks. Meanwhile, we should pay close attention to the intelligence, interest, behavior and confidence as well and then understand the different performances of their listening and speaking. By the adjustment of psychology and proper design of curriculum contents, teachers can try to make boy and girl students learn each other and cultivate their ability of verbal communication according to their different features .
