切实给农村教师专业发展以生命关怀——基于苏北农村教师生存状态调查的思考 被引量:14

摘要 由于经济收入较低、社会地位不高、职业声望低下、职业压力、心理倦怠等因素,导致农村教师生存状态窘迫,从而影响了农村教师专业发展的积极性和主动性;而低下的教师专业水平,缺乏应有的专业地位和专业权力,则进一步加剧职业压力,恶化着农村教师的生存状态。鉴于此,调整教师政策,减少教师职业压力,加强教师培训,努力促进教师专业发展,是改变农村教师生存窘境的重要举措。但是,确立“给农村教师专业发展以生命关怀”的理念,帮助他们立足于自身的生命成长而提升专业水平,拓展生命的空间,是从根本上解决其生存困境的实践诉求。 Due to the lower income, low social position and occupation reputation, professional pressure and languorous mentality, the teachers' living state in the rural areas are embarrassed, which has great influence on their enthusiasm and initiative in their professional development. Moreover, the low professional level and the lack of professional position and authority further aggravate the professional pressure and make worse teachers' living state. Therefore important measures should be taken to adjust teacher policy, cut down teachers' professional pressure, reinforce teacher training, make great efforts to promote teachers' professional development so as to change teachers' living state in the rural areas. But, it is fundamental to establish the ideology of "giving rural area teachers life care for their professional development " and help them to promote their professional levels based on their own life growth and broaden their life space.
