摘要
教师的自主发展,是一种内源性的专业发展,它突出了教师个体在专业发展活动中的主动性、创造性和实践性,强调教师专业发展的自由、自主与自律。在日渐重视实践知识和校本学习的今天,更需要教师立足自我,依靠自我,进行自主学习、自主探究、自我诊断、自我实践、自我反思、自我调整、自我激励、自我创新,从而实现自我跨越和自主发展。
As an internal professional development, teachers' self-development not only presents teachers' initiative, creativity and practice, but also emphasizes their freedom, independence and self-discipline. As practical knowledge and school-based learning become more and more important, the development of teachers' profession need to be based on themselves, to be self-dependence, self-learning, self-inquiry, self-diagnose, self-practice, self-reflection, self-adjustment, self-encouragement and self-innovation to realize self-spanning and self-development.
