摘要 对北京A380机库的关键焊接空心球节点与焊接矩形钢管相贯节点在特定受力条件下的极限承载能力进行了理论分析与试验研究。通过有限元非线性分析确定节点的受力性能,并对节点的构造提出改进意见,然后以模型试验验证节点的极限承载力。研究表明:(1)焊接空心球节点与焊接矩形钢管相贯节点的设计承载力较高,完全能够满足设计方的要求,具有良好的工作性能;(2)在主管轴力较高的情况下,焊接矩形钢管相贯节点的破坏以主管破坏为主;(3)在复杂节点设计与分析中,应合理考虑节点的受力情况,将理论分析与模型试验相结合以确定节点承载力是非常有必要的。 The ultimate bearing capacity of key welded hollow spherical nodes and rectangle hollow section (RHS) joints of the Beijing A380 hangar, subjected to a specific load, is investigated through theoretical analysis and experiment study. Behavior of these joints is analyzed by using nonlinear finite element method. On the basis of the finite element analysis, suggestions are provided for improving the ultimate bearing capacity of these joints, and model experiments are carried out to check the ultimate bearing capacity of these joints. The results indicate that: (1) subjected to the specific load, the welded hollow spherical nodes and RHS joints perform well, and the ultimate bearing capacity can meet the design requirement;(2)under high axial force, failure of the main member may become the main failure mode of the rectangle hollow joints; (3) it is necessary for the analysis and design of important joints to consider the load conditions and to determine the node bearing capacity through theoretical and experimental studies.
