摘要
高心墙堆石坝填筑分期分区问题涉及关系复杂的众多因素,包括:计划工期、坝体上坝道路布置、料场开采与存储规划、坝面作业的施工组织方式与作业空间大小、施工机械类型与运行参数以及环境因素等。通过对心墙堆石坝填筑系统的分析,确定了各影响因素对填筑分期分区规划的制约关系,以满足约束条件下的各期填筑强度不均衡度最小为优化目标,建立了堆石坝填筑分期分区优化模型,并提出了一种求解该模型的混合智能优化算法。综合考虑坝面作业方式、坝面空间大小、施工机械等因素的影响,提出了填筑可达强度的概念,作为优化的一个重要指标。以提出的模型和算法为基础,利用VisualC#平台开发了高心墙堆石坝填筑分期优化软件(OSFD-nzd),并成功应用于糯扎渡心墙堆石坝填筑分期规划问题中,获得了较优的分期分区参数。
Substage-zoning filling design of high core rockfill dams involves many complex factors such as construction schedule, placement of access roads to dam site, material planning, construction organization method and construction space, construction machinery and environment issues. The influences of these factors on substage-zoning filling planning are found by analyzing the filling system of core rockfill dams. An optimization model for substagezoning filling design of core rockfill dam is established, in which the minimum of unbalanced degree of filling intensity is taken as the objective function with constraint, and a hybrid intelligent solution algorithm is provided. A new concept, named as accessible filling intensity, is suggested as an important optimization factor by synthetically considering the influences of operation mode, size of filling section and construction machinery. A software for optimization (OSFD-nzd) with Visual C# is developed based on the optimization model and algorithm.The software is applied to the substage-zoning filling design of the Nuozhadu Hydropower Project successfully to obtain the optimum parameters.
