摘要
为了筛选出治疗猪副伤寒的最佳药物组方，选用五种药物进行了治疗对比试验．临床效果观察表明：氧氟沙星＋氯霉素＋甲氧苄氨嘧啶（ＴＭＰ）药物组方对该病疗效快，效果好，其治愈率高达９０％以上．
drugs were used to treat paratyphoid fever in swine. The results showed that paratyphoid fever was cured rapidly when Ofloxacin,Chloramphenicol and Trimethoprim (TMP) were used in combination. The treatment had best curative effects the cure rate having reached 90% and 100% in group A and B,respectively.
