摘要
焚烧炉焚烧动物残体时会排放二恶英等有害气体,国外新建的生物安全实验室多已采用高温碱水解的方式替代焚烧方式处理动物残体。介绍了美国大动物三级、四级生物安全实验室的废水和废物的处理设备、处理方法及产品特点,认为高温碱水解处理动物残体的方式具有不排放有害气体、占地面积小、可有效灭活病原微生物、后续普通垃圾处理量少、工作周期短、处理成本低等优点。
Dioxin released from incineration of residual bodies of macro-animals. High temperature basic hydrolysis process has been applied to replace the incineration by some biological safety laboratories for animal residual body disposal abroad. In this paper the liquid and solid waste treatment facilities, equipment and processes of macro-animal biological safety laboratories of class Ⅲ and Ⅳ in USA were presented. We believed that high temperature basic hydrolysis process had advantages of no hazard gas release, low space requirement, effective extinction of pathogenic bacteria, low surplus remainder,short working cycle,and low expensive, so it is hopeful.
