受体性别对肝移植术后早期肝功能的影响

Influence of recipient gender on liver function in early stage after liver transplantation

摘要 目的探讨受体性别对肝移植术后早期肝功能的影响。方法根据受体性别将21例肝移植病人分为2组:男性(M)和女性(F)组,比较两组术后7dALT、AKP,ALB的水平。结果F组肝移植效果优于M组病人,两组术后7dALT及AKP水平有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。术后7d白蛋白(ALB)水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论性别对肝移植病人术后早期肝功能的恢复有重要影响。 Objective To investigate the effects of recipient gender on liver function in 7 d after liver transplantation, Methods Twenty-one patients received liver transplantation in our hospital were divided into 2 groups by recipient gender: female group (n= 6) and male group (n= 15). The liver function of the patients in 7 d after liver transplantation was compared between the 2 groups in ALT, AKP and ALB levels. Results The outcome of the liver transplantation was better in female group than in male group. In 7 d after the liver transplantation, the levels of ALT and AKP were significant ly lower in female group than in male group (P〈0. 05 or 0.01), However, there was no significant difference in ALB level between the 2 groups (P〉0. 05). Conclusion The recipient gender can significantly affect the liver functional recovery in the early stage after liver transplantation.
