再次肝脏移植

摘要 目前肝脏移植已成为临床常规治疗方法，挽救了大量终末期肝病病人的生命。但是仍然有部分病人在肝移植手术之后，由于各种原因造成急性或慢性移植肝失功，需要进行再次肝脏移植（liver retransplantation）。由于再次移植的病人一般病情较重、常合并其他脏器功能衰竭，以及手术难度大等原因，
