HLA监测在肝移植排斥反应诊断和鉴别诊断标准规范化制定中的应用
摘要
20世纪以来，由于器官移植技术、移植免疫基础研究以及各种新的免疫抑制剂不断问世，器官移植已成为临床治疗器官功能哀竭的有效治疗手段，成为21世纪医学最令人瞩目的进展。在中国大陆，尤其是近几年，器官移植得到很快发展，虽然距离国际先进水平尚有一段距离，但在一些先进的移植中心某些器官的移植效果已经接近和达到国际先进水平。
