摘要 目的探讨高同型半胱氨酸血症患者血液流变学指标变化趋势。方法高同型半胱氨酸血症患者65例,同型半胱氨酸正常者68例,分别检测这两组的血液流变学指标并比较差异。结果高半胱氨酸血症组红细胞变形指数与同型半胱氨酸正常组相比均有明显差异(P<0.05);血浆黏度和全血低切黏度在高Hcy组有升高趋势,但无统计学意义。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症患者红细胞变形性降低,血浆黏度和全血低切黏度有升高趋势,易造成微循环障碍,引起微循环血液瘀滞。 Objective To investigate change tendency of haemorheological index in hyperhomocysteine patients. Methods 65 hyperhomocysteine patients and 68 normal homocysteine subjects were detected. Their haemorheological indexes were measured and compared. Results Red cell deformability index in hyperhomocysteine group was statistically significant compared with that of normal homocysteine group ( P 〈0.05) ; plasma viscosity and whole blood hyposheared-viscosity were higher in hyperhomoeysteine group than in normal ho- mocysteine group, but changes in both groups are not statistically significant. Conclusion Abnormality of haemorheological index in hyperhomocysteine group would easily result in microcirculation disturbance. Adequate attention should be given clinically.
