摘要
通过DSC、OM、SEM、TEM等手段,研究了常规均匀化和双级均匀化后Al-Cu-Mg-Sc-Zr合金的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,经490℃×24h常规均匀化处理后,合金中枝晶偏析基本消除,非平衡凝固形成的多相组织基本上转变成均匀化组织;而经420℃×8h+490℃×16h双级均匀化处理后,合金的铸态组织得到改善,420℃×8h的预处理使Al3(Sc,Zr)均匀析出,提高了合金强度,并将抑制后续加工热处理过程中的再结晶。故确定420℃×8h+490℃×16h为合金的最佳均匀化处理制度。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of conventional and two-step homogenized AI-Cu-Mg alloy with Sc and Zr were studied by DSC, OM, SEM and TEM. The results show that, after 490 ℃× 24 h homogenization treatment, the dendritic structure is almost eliminated, the elments distribute uniformly; after 420~℃× 8h+490 ℃×16h two-step treatment, the as-cast microstructure is improved, Al3(Sc, Zr) particles during 420℃× 8h pre-treatment precipitate as well, which causes the increase of strength and hinders the recrystallization during subsequent heat treatment. Therefore, the best homogenization treatment is 420 ℃× 8h+490 ℃× 16h.
