摘要
通过X射线衍射分析、金相组织观察,研究了9SiCr钢奥氏体化后的冷却速度、贝氏体转变等温时间等因素对上贝氏体相变产物的影响。实验结果表明,当奥氏体化后的冷却速度为20 ̄50℃/s、等温时间为80 ̄1200s时,获得非常规上贝氏体组织,并呈现由单一α相组成的短棒状,晶格常数与平衡态α相不同,晶格呈膨胀状态,相变具有非完全扩散的特征。
The effects of cooling speed after austenitization, isothermal time and the cooling speed after isothermal treatment on the products of upper bainite transformation in 9SiCr steel were studied by the X-ray diffraction analysis and optical microscope. The experimental results show that, when the cooling rate after austenitization is between 20℃/s and 50℃/s and isothermal time is between 80 s and 1 200 s, the irregular upper bainite microstructure can be obtained. And it consists of α monophase which is short stick shape. Its lattice parameter differs from that of α phase in balance condition, the lattice is in expansion shape, therefore, its formation mechanism has the characteristics of non-wholly diffusion.
