摘要
用宏观、微观检验的方法,对V型钢导轨端面裂纹产生的原因进行分析。结果表明,尖角效应引起的应力集中和热处理淬火加热温度偏高是导轨端面产生裂纹的主要原因。
Using macroscopic, microscopic examination method, the end surface crack of V section guide rail was analysed. The results show the stress concentration caused by acute angle effect and the high temperature are the primary cause of producing crack.
