人脐血间充质干细胞对小鼠移植物抗宿主病治疗作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 近来对间充质干细胞(MSC)免疫学特征的研究显示了其在治疗移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)中良好的应用前景。我们建立了从人脐血中高效分离扩增MSC的方法。我们通过GVHD小鼠模型研究人脐血MSC对小鼠GVHD的作用,并探讨其可能机制,旨在为脐血MSC治疗GVHD的临床应用提供实验依据。
