CD4+CD25^high调节性T细胞在异基因造血干细胞移植后的变化

摘要 移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)是异基因造血干细胞移植(do—HSCT)最严重的并发症之一,移植后免疫耐受的改变和免疫稳态的失衡促进GVHD的发生。近年来研究发现,CD4+CD25^high(CD25高表达)调节性T细胞是重要的调节性细胞亚群,参与维持免疫稳态和自身免疫耐受。其在移植后控制异基因免疫应答和GVHD的发生方面亦发挥重要调控作用。移植后CD4+CD25^high调节性T细胞重建延迟及其与效应性T细胞比例的失衡可能是GVHD发生的重要机制之一。我们通过动态监测移植后CD4+CD25^high T细胞的比例及外周血单个核细胞(PBMNC)叉头翼状螺旋转录因子(FOXP3)基因的表达,分析CD4+CD25^high调节性T细胞的早期重建情况及其在急性GVHD(aGVHD)发生前后的变化,探讨其在aGVHD发生和转归中的调节作用。
