Cx43介导的间隙连接细胞间通讯与造血调控 被引量:1

摘要 间隙连接细胞间通讯(gap junction intercellular communication,GJIC)是相邻细胞间普遍存在的直接通讯方式,参与细胞间的物质交换和电信号传递。自胚胎发育起,细胞间就存在有功能的间隙连接,通过传递小分子递质(如cAMP、ATP、Ca^2+等)对细胞的新陈代谢、内环境稳定、增殖和分化等生理过程起着重要的调控作用。GJIC的物质基础是分布于细胞膜上的连接蛋白(connexon,Cx),人类Cx是一个具有同源性的膜蛋白家族,拥有约20个不同的异构体,它们广泛分布于哺乳动物组织,并在不同的细胞类型、组织和种族中有不同的表达,家族成员依其相对分子质量不同而命名。GJIC在造血组织中广泛存在,而Cx43是其主要的连接蛋白。现就Cx43介导的间隙连接细胞间通讯在造血调控中的作用进行综述。
