摘要 本文介绍了基于溶胶凝胶原理的有机硅橡胶原位增强新方法,按照生成的增强填料种类的不同,将原位增强体系划分为SiO2、TiO2、ZrO2等五类,并详细介绍了各种原位增强方法、增强机理以及由此获得的增强材料的热性能及机械性能。 In this paper, the reinforcement of silicone rubber by in-situ generated fillers via sol-gel process was reviewed. According to the type of the in-situ precipitated fillers, the in-situ reinforcement was classified as five categories and each of them was introduced respectively. And more, the mechanism for the in-situ generated particles and the properties of the reinforced polymer networks were briefly discussed.
