摘要
进行了高强钛合金Ti17 TIG焊接接头力学性能测试。结果表明,Ti17焊缝为针状组织,硬度低于母材;HAZ组织明显长大,硬度高于母材。接头拉伸时为韧性断裂,接头延伸率比母材高,接头拉伸强度达到母材的75%。
The mechanical properties of high-strength titanium alloy joint are tested. The result shows that the welding seam microstructure of Tilt exhibits needle morphology, with the hardness less than that of the base metal, whereas the microstructure in the HAZ shows obvious grain growth and the hardness higher than that of the base metal. The fracture of the joint is ductile, with higher elongation than that of the base metal and 75% the fracture strength of the base metal.
