国外教师专业发展中的五种“过程”模式 被引量:5

摘要 教师专业发展包含"内容"、"过程"和"环境"三部分。其中"过程"是最复杂的,因为它涉及以下诸多问题:目前有什么样的教师专业发展模式?它们各自有何特点?如何选择适合教师本人和学校的教师专业发展模式?本文介绍了国外常用的五种教师专业发展模式:"行动研究"、"协作解决问题"、"个人自我指导"、"听课与教学评价"和"培训",然后还介绍了三种模式选择的策略:教师取向策略、目标取向策略和双重取向策略。
