中钛型高炉渣制作烧结砖试验研究

The study of fired brick produced by the mid-titanium slag as the main raw material

介绍了以中钛型高炉渣为主要原料制作烧结矿渣砖的试验研究;结果表明:与传统烧结砖相比,引入适量的TiO2能够有效提高烧结砖的强度,产品指标均达到GB5101-2003MU15的要求;为大量、有效利用中钛型高炉渣资源开辟了一条新的途径。

The paper describes the study on using mid-titanium slag as the main raw material in fired brick. The results show that it can improve the strength of fired brick compared with the traditional brick when adds an adequate number of TiO2. And all performances of the fired brick can satisfy the demands of MU15 grade in the standard of GB5101-2003. It provides a new way to use the mid-titanium slag.
