摘要
本文从我国铁矿石进口现状、国际铁矿石供应商对铁矿石资源垄断程度、日本和欧盟等国家/地区钢铁企业竞争等方面进行了分析。我国铁矿石进口长期以来一直处于被动局面,铁矿石供应极其不安全,未来进口风险越来越大。为降低我国铁矿石资源供应风险,建议:加快国内低品位铁矿开发利用;加快"走出去"步伐,获取更多份额矿产品;加强废钢回收利用,减少对铁矿石依赖;加强铁矿战略储备建设;加强铁矿石进出口管理,集中采购,多渠道进口,控制钢铁产品出口。
This paper analyzed the iron ore import state, the iron ore monopoly by suppliers in the world market, the competition from Japan and European Union iron companies. China iron ore supply security is not very well. The risk will be stronger in the future because that China iron ore import is on a passive situation. There are several proposals for reducing the iron ore supply risk： speeding the utilization of low-grade iron ore; encouraging the strategy of ＂Going Global＂ for more mineral resources; strengthening the reclamation of iron for reducing the reckon on iron ore; establishing the strategic iron ore reserve; enhancing the management of iron ore import ＆ export by centralizing stock, stocking from more channels,controlling the iron ore export.
