在微细粒铜镍硫化矿浮选中蛇纹石类脉石矿物浮选行为研究 被引量:22

摘要 通过对某微细粒铜镍硫化矿的絮凝浮选和纯矿物浮选试验发现,蛇纹石类脉石的可浮性与抑制剂,和分散剂的种类和用量有关,在本实验中以CMC+KN组合使用、水玻璃为佳;与磨矿细度密切相关;与组合捕收剂的用量关系不大。并通过电化学和水中显微镜观测结果,来解释其浮选行为。 Studies of the flotability of pure sample in Jinchuan and ore in Yunnan have been made. In order to obtain visible evidence of the presence of flotability by which finely microscope photographs were taken. The result showed that: the effect of the flotabilty by type and dosage of depressants, is to improve the ultra-fine mineral facilitate floated; sodium silicate were good dispersant, and combined depressants of CMC and KN had been used in the flotation; Combined collectors had no relationship to the flotability for serpentine minerals in this flocculation of the ultra-fine mineral.
