摘要
目前,矿井建设多采用网络计划技术制定,但该传统技术存在估算工期过长、计划缺乏柔性等缺陷,本文引入关键链项目管理(CCPM)方法,通过设置项目缓冲区和输送缓冲区控制建设进度,有效降低了不确定因素对计划的影响,增强了计划的柔性,且保证了确定环境下编制的矿井建设计划,在不确定环境下的顺利执行。
At present, the mine construction plan is formulated in network planning technique with many faults, such as longer time limit, rigid, and so on. The paper introduces critical chain project management (CCPM) into laying the mine construction plan. Through setting project buffer and feeding buffer, CCPM effectively reduces the influence of uncertainty element, strengthens the plan flexibility and guarantees the construction plan under the determination environment established execute smoothly under the dynamic actual environment.
