基于引文分析和同行评价法的中国MIS领域期刊评价

An Evaluation of Chinese MIS Journals Based on Citation Analysis and Peer Evaluation

鉴于目前我国对期刊评价方法单一且缺少小专业方向如管理信息系统（MIS）的期刊评价，本文对中国MIS期刊做了一次调查。本文在评价的方法论上进行了突破并第一次对中国MIS领域的期刊进行了评价。这在一定程度上方便了MIS学者的学习与交流。基于引文分析法和同行评价法，本文通过实证研究总结出一些对MIS专业方向具有影响力的期刊，如《管理科学学报》、《管理科学》、《系统工程》、《情报学报》、《系统工程学报》、《管理工程学报》、《系统工程理论与实践》、《控制与决策》等。同时对国内外MIS期刊的发展趋势进行了比较。我们发现，与国外相同的是，技术类和专门性期刊排名偏前，不同的是，我国缺乏MIS类的专门性期刊。

Currently the methods used to evaluate the quality of journals are heavily weighed toward citation analysis in China, and there is no evaluation work done in individual disciplines such as management information systems （MIS） . This paper evaluates the quality of current Chinese MIS journals based on citation analysis and peer evaluation. It also compares the differences of MIS journal evaluation in China and western countries. Our conclusion is that, in both China and western countries, technical and special journals are ranked at the top, but in china, we do not have special MIS journals.
