基于IAHP的高校图书馆网站评价方法研究

本文介绍了运用区间层次分析法对图书馆网站进行评价的方法。首先运用区间层次分析法搭建图书馆网站评价指标体系，从3个主要方面分13个子指标对高等院校图书馆网站的特性和各种指标属性进行详细分析，并计算出各项指标的权重区间，在这个区间内的权重取值都是合理的，对每个被评价网站来说，每项指标内都有相对应的一个权重值来体现被评估对象的优势，这是一个动态的权重；最后对指标体系内的各项指标按其重要程度进行总排序。本文采用定性与定量相结合的方法评价高校图书馆网站的性能，希望能够为实际的图书馆网站评价工作提供参考。

In this paper, the author aims to introduce a method to evaluate the library web sites. Firstly, the author establishes an evaluation index system of library web site using the interval-analysis hierarchy process method, detailed analysis the characters of library web site and the properties of each index from 3 main aspects and 13 subdivision indicators and works out the intervals of weight number by using interval-analysis hierarchy process, in which each number is reasonable. According each evaluated web site, there is always a weight number to embody its advantage, and this number is dynamic. Finally, the author gets the sequence of indexes. In short, the author tries to use the combining of qualitative and quantitative method to evaluate the library web sites in order to provide a reference to the actual work.
