益气活血解毒汤对实验性家兔急性心肌缺血一氧化氮、内皮素和丙二醛的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨益气活血解毒汤对家兔心肌缺血模型的血清一氧化氮(NO)含量、血浆内皮素(ET)含量和肌浆丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响及其保护缺血心肌的作用机制。方法健康日本大耳白兔24只随机分成空白对照组、模型组、益气活血解毒汤组、西药组,每组6只,在正常饲养的基础上连续分别以生理盐水、益气活血解毒汤4g/kg、硝酸异山梨酯2.5mg/kg灌胃6d,后三组于末次给药后1h,于乌拉坦全身麻醉下结扎动物冠状动脉,造成心肌缺血动物模型;观察各组血清NO、血浆ET及肌浆MDA参数。结果益气活血解毒汤组NO含量明显高于模型组,ET、MDA含量明显低于模型组。结论益气活血解毒汤能改善血管内皮功能及减轻氧自由基损伤,从而具有保护心肌缺血的作用。 Objective: To observe the effects of Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction on blood nitrogen monoxidum(NO), endothelin and muscle serum malonaldehyde in rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia, and find out the mechanism of protection of ischemic myocardium. Methods: 24 healthy japan white rabbits were randomly divided into the follow groups and given the corresponding medicine by perfusion for 6 days: control group, model group(saline), Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction group( Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction 4g/kg) and western medicin(sorbtrat 2.5mg/kg) . Except for the control group, the coronary artery of rabbits in the latter three groups were ligated to make the model of acute myocardial ischemia one hour after the last perfusion. Plasma ET, serum NO and muscle serum malonaldehyde were detected in each group. Results: Serum NO parameters in Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction group were much higher than that in the model group. Plasma ET and muscle serum malonaldehyde parameters in Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction group were much lower than that in the model group. Conclusion: Yiqihuoxuejiedu - decoction can preserve vascular endothelial cells function and mitigate injury of oxygen free radical, accordingly it has effect of protecting ischemic myocardium.
