摘要
对一种新型的、卸载螺旋式客车门泵进行了多目标函数的优化设计,采用线性加权和的方法,将要求该装置的径向尺寸最小和整体效率最高的两个目标函数组成一个复合目标函数;为消除两目标函数间在数量级上的较大差别,使用了规化目标函数进行处理后,利用UG的optimization wizard优化向导,获得了满意的结果。实践证明该设计不仅具有一定理论意义,更对节能减排和环保具有极大实用价值。
It makes muhiobjective optimal design of a new type,unload screw type bus door pump,which adopts linear weighted technique,combines the smallest radial dimension and highest general efficiency this two objective functions into one composite objective functions;eliminates the big difference between this two objective functions,after using planned objective functions to manage,using UG optimization wizard and obtain a satisfied consequence.The practice shows that this design not only has some theoretical meaning,but also has maximal practical value on energy saving and environment protecting.
