摘要
介绍了当前冲压数值模拟专用软件DYNAFORM的应用范围及概况.并以典型冲压件为例阐述了DYNAFORM在进行成形有限元模拟的一般步骤,即先由前处理器创建网格模型,再由求解器迭代计算出各个时间步的数据文件,最后由后处理器察看分析各处应力、应变等相关的参数分布。
It introduces the application range and general situation of current stamping numerical simulation special software DYNAFORM,and takes the example of typical stamping parts to expounds the general procedure that DYNAFORM forms finite celement simulation, that is by using preprocessor to establish gridding model,then by using solver iterative to calculate the data document for each time procedure,finally by using rear processor to check and analyse the parameter distribution of each stress, strain etc.
