通过对矿工工作满意度的分析,指出了影响矿工工作满意度的主要因素为:工作回报、工作本身、管理措施、人际关系等方面,并从建立公平的工作回报制度、优化工作环境和建立融洽的人际关系方面提出对策,来提高矿工工作满意度,进而为煤炭企业管理提供依据。

This paper discusses the job satisfaction of the miners,and points out the factors affecting job satisfaction of miners are： reward, the job itself,the management measure and the interpersonal relationships. Effective measures should be taken such as making fair job reward rules, optimizing job environment and improving job conditions, and building harmonious relationship. These measures can improve job satisfaction of miners, also improve corporation＇s management.
