摘要
医院人才管理必须坚持"大卫生"人才观,树立"人才主权"和"赢家通吃"的理念,"社会人才"的理念,建立"释能"型用人机制、防止人才"退化"的理念,建立全面"接班人"计划。在科学人才观的指导下,近年来,烟台毓璜顶医院在人才培养、人才引进、人才激励、人才使用、人才管理等方面进行了有益的探索,取得了显著成效。
Hospital talent management was considered to ‘macro-health' idea, ‘talent property' idea, ‘winner sweeping the deck' idea and ‘social talent' idea. Human resource incentive mechanism that benefited to develop their abilities be built. With the theory of scientific development, Yuhuangding hospital has explored human resource management including human resource training and introduction, talent incentive, using and management.
