摘要
临床营养学科建设是医院发展的关键,营养治疗是临床综合治疗的基础和重要组成部分,任何疾病均与营养代谢相关,在疾病救治中,开展以促进稳态平衡为主要目的的营养治疗化干预,是提高整体医疗水平的关键。本文结合我院临床营养学科建设情况,以营养学科在临床医疗中应承担和解决的问题为研发点,探索营养评价、营养诊断、肠外营养、肠内营养、治疗膳食、基本膳食治疗及其内容已经形成一个整体,它们共同构成了临床营养治疗体系。实践让我们认识临床营养治疗体系是临床营养学科的品质核心,是临床营养学科建设与发展的前提,是提高现代化医院整体水平的载体。
The clinical nutrition discipline building was important to hospital development. Nutritional therapy was the foundation and important part of clinical treatment. All disease was related to nutrition metabolism, so developed nutritional intervention for homeostasis balance was important to increase treatment rate. Combined with clinical nutrition discipline building status in No. 3 Tianjin Central Hospital, in view of improving clinic treatment, clinical nutrition invention system including nutritional evaluation, nutritional diagnose,parenteral nutrition,enteral nutrition, therapeutic diet, basic dietary therapy was explored. Clinical nutrition intention system was the core of clinical nutrition discipline and the flat of hospital development.
