Introducing medical simulation education system to improve clinic education quality

临床教学是一项系统工程,其中包括课程体系、教学内容、教学方法、教学安排等诸多环节的有机结合,而教学方法是体现教育理念,实现教学目标的有效手段,教育部在关于面向21世纪临床教育课程体系和教学内容改革的报告中提出,要以注重培养学生的能力和素质为根本,突出学生临床综合能力方面的培养。本文介绍了我院为顺应高等医学教育国际化发展趋势,培养具有市场竞争力的高级医学人才,体现中医院校的优势,引进现代化模拟技术,按国际标准建设医学模拟培训场所,从教学组织模式、教学内容、教学方法等方面对临床教学新模式进行的系列改革和尝试。

Clinical education was a systematic engineering including teaching design, content, method and teaching arrangement. Teaching method was an effective way to reflect teaching vision and achieve teaching aim. Clinical teaching reform faced 21st century published by Ministry of Education emphasized comprehensive clinical skill training. The article introduced the experience of introducing clinical simulation model to improving clinic comprehensive skill in Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medical College.
