结直肠癌多层面CT仿真肠镜与纤维肠镜和手术病理的对比

摘要 目的:评价多层面CT仿真结肠镜(CT colonography,CTC)在结直肠癌诊断中的价值。方法:对59例结直肠癌患者术前行纤维肠镜与CTC检查,将CTC结果与纤维肠镜和手术病理对照。结果:1例由于肠道内残留物较多而无法准确显示癌灶,余58例中CTC发现结肠癌47例,直肠癌11例,其中4例为多发肠癌。CTC在显示肿瘤部位、大小、外形方面与手术结果高度相关。结论:CTC可准确显示结直肠病变,有助于结直肠癌的准确诊断。 Objective:To assess the value of diagnosing colon cancer with multi-slice CT colonography (CTC). Methods: Fifty- nine patients with colonic cancer underwent optical colonoscopy and CTC before operation. The results of CTC were compared with that of optical colonoscopy and surgical pathology. Results: The cancer lesion was not detected with CTC because of residual in one patient. In other fifty-eight patients, CTC detected colon cancer in 47 cases and rectal cancer in 11 cases, in which four cases had multiple lesions in colon and rectum. CTC had good correlation with surgical pathology in displaying the location, size and shape of the lesions. Conclusion: CTC can provide accurately observation about tumors. It may be helpful for evaluating colorectal carcinoma.
