摘要
目的对星状神经节超激光照射与复合局部药物注射两种方法治疗面部带状疱疹的效果及预后进行评价。方法面部带状疱疹患者46例采用A、B两法各23例。A法为星状神经节超激光照射;B法为A法加皮损区得宝松与利多卡因等局部注射疗法;对镇痛效果及疱疹消失时间以及疱疹后神经痛3方面跟踪观察。结果综合治疗法(B法)23例患者皮损均消失,2年内无复发,21例在治疗后睡眠质量显著改善,较单纯星状神经节照射疗法(A法)在上述3个方面治疗的观察差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B法较A法治疗效果确切。结论星状神经节超激光照射法加皮损区局部注射疗法治疗面部带状疱疹,疗效迅速确切,预后良好。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of superlizer irradiation to stellate ganglion and combined with local injection therapy for treating herpes zoster facialis. Methods Forty six patients with herpes zoster facialis were divided into two greups,23 cases in each. Stellate ganglion was irradiated with superlizer only in group A and combined with local injection with diprospan and lidocaine in group B. The analgesic efficacy, the time of herpes disappear and postherpetic neuralgia were followed up. Results Skin lesion disappeared in all 23 cases of group B,no recurrence in two years. Sleep quality improved in 21 cases. The efficacy of group B was significantly superior to group A,which had statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of superlizer irradiation to stellate ganglion combined with local injection on herpes zoster facialis is definite, onset quickly and prognosis good.
