摘要
目的应用超声生物显微镜(UBM)观察青光眼滤过术后功能障碍性滤过泡伴高眼压眼的情况以指导其治疗。方法对我院收治的28例(28只眼)青光眼滤过术后功能障碍性滤过泡伴高眼压眼常规行UBM检查,观察滤过道内口、巩膜通道及滤过泡情况,针对原因对症治疗。结果本组病例共28例(28只限),UBM下滤过道内口见强回声5只眼,巩膜瓣下见强回声6只眼,球结膜瓣下见增生组织强回声17只眼。28只眼UBM检查结果均经手术证实。结论应用UBM能观察青光眼滤过术后功能障碍性滤过泡伴高眼压眼的情况并指导其治疗,球结膜瓣下增生可能是滤过手术失败的主要原因。
Objective To observe the dysfunctional blebs with high intraocular pressure（IOP） under ultrasound biomicroscopy （UBM） . To help the treatment of the dysfunctional blebs through the way. Methods Ultrasound biomieroscopy （UBM） were performed in 28 eyes of the dysfunctional blebs with high IOP. We observed the internal opening,the sclera channal and the blebs. Results 5 eyes were observed with strong echo in the intemal opening. 6 eyes were observed with strong echo in the selera ehannal. 17 eyes were observed with strong echo under the conjuctiva flap. 28 eyes were all approved through operation. Conclusion The dysfunctional blebs with high IOP could be observed clearly under ultrasound biomicroscopy （UBM） . Using UBM could help the treatment of the dysfunctional bleb with high IOP.
