环扎加压术治疗陈旧性视网膜脱离疗效观察

Clinical study on the treatment of long-standing retinal detachment by scleral encircling and bulking procedure

目的探讨环扎加压术治疗陈旧性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法陈旧性视网膜脱离患者60例(60只眼)进行环扎加压术治疗,术中巩膜外放液48只眼(80%),不放液12只眼(20%),C_3F_8玻璃体腔内注入10只眼(16.7%)。结果术后随访6～12个月(平均8.6个月),44只眼(73.3%)视网膜完全复位,14只眼(23.3%)明显好转,2只眼(3.3%)手术后视网膜未复位,后行玻璃体手术。手术后视网膜脱离治愈率73.3%,有效率96.7%。结论环扎加压术治疗不伴有视网膜前膜形成的陈旧性视网膜脱离,疗效良好,创伤小,可作为首先选择的术式。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of long-standing retinal detachment performed scleral encircling and bulking. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients （60 eyes ） with Long-standing retinal detachment treated by scleral encircling and bulking procedure in our department were reviewed. 48eyes （ 80% ） performed encircling buckle and drainage of subretinal fluid , 12eyes（20% ） without drainage of subretinal fluid, and C3F8 was introvitreal injected into 10eyes （ 16.7% ） during the operation. Results The follow-up duration was from 6 months to 12 months （ mean8. 6months）. Retina was completely reattached in44 eyes（73.3% ）, and was alleviated obviously in 14 eyes（23.3% ）, retina was unreattached and vitreetomy was performed in 2 eyes（3.3% ）. After the operation, the curative ratio of retinal detachment was 73.3%, and effective ratio was 96.7%. Conclusion Seleral encireling and bulking is an effective and safe method that can be chosen at first in patients with long-standing retinal detachment.
