摘要
目的观察雌激素受体(ERα)在小鼠眼视网膜中的表达及其基因表达的性别和年龄差异。方法随机取正常小鼠雌雄各五只处死后立即取出眼球,用免疫组织化学技术来观察和定位小鼠眼球视网膜中的雌激素受体,RT-PCR技术检测ERαmRNA。结果小鼠眼视网膜中ERα免疫组化染色呈阳性,视网膜组织的RT-PCR检测进一步确证ERα的存在。结论小鼠眼视网膜中有雌激素受体的表达,它们的存在可能在小鼠视网膜上有重要的生理功能,在某些眼病的发生发展方面可能有重要的病理生理学意义。
Objective To observe the expression of estrogen receptor alpha( ERα) and influence of gender and age on the gene expression in rat ' s retina. Methods 5 female rats and 5 male rats were obtained randomly and taken out of eyeballs immediately after being killed. Immunohistochemieal technique was used to observe and localize the estrogen receptor alpha( ERα) in rat' s retina. ERαmRNA was detected by RT-PCR. Results ERαimmunostaining was observed in rat' s retina. The RT-PCR detection of retina further identified the exist of ERα. Conclusion There axe estrogen receptor expression in rat' s retina. They maybe play important roles in physiological functions of retina and have important pathophysiology significance in some oculopathy ' s developmem .
